The Kitchen Studio: Culinary Creations by Artists

Seventy-plus contemporary artists — Ghada Amer, Ragnar Kjartansson, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Nicolas Party, and dozens more — asked to share a recipe, and given the same latitude they'd get in a gallery. Some contributions read as actual cooking instructions; others are closer to sketches, collages, or a rant with ingredients buried somewhere inside. The results range from genuinely useful to gloriously beside the point.
