At PORTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain textiles and custom furniture pieces may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PORTA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
